Dilemma





She couldn't believe it. Fifteen long years she had waited for this. She dialed Rajeev then cut it, deciding to break the news over some sweets. Picking up her bags she headed for the halwai’s. “Gulab jamun for dadi and papa, peda for Rajeev and ma, rasagolla for Priya…” Suddenly she went cold.

The thought of Priya her adopted daughter, sent a shiver down her spine. Caressing her tummy, she asked the little one growing within, “How do I tell her about you? Will she understand? You know I will always love her. She is my dearest, my first one.”
